Fr. R. Bentley Anderson, SJ, associate chair of the department of African and African American Studies at Fordham University, recently led four Fordham undergraduates on a three-week study tour in South Africa. The excursion allowed students to learn about the history of South Africa by traveling in the region and taking in the culture. The group started in the city of Cape Town and continued east to visit Mossel Bay, Grahamstown, Kimberley, Pretoria, and Johannesburg.
