The Jesuit Collaborative has welcomed a new member to its staff, Sr. Marilyn Dunphy, MHSH. Marilyn, a Mission Helper of the Sacred Heart, will be working as the Collaborative’s associate director for administration and assistant director of planning.
The Jesuit Collaborative is a network stretching across the East Coast with a focus on Ignatian Spirituality and the Spiritual Exercises. The Collaborative works on building communities and bringing people closer to God by organizing retreats, days of prayer and other events.
Marilyn will work with Clare Walsh, associate director, to develop and implement ongoing programs while taking on administrative duties related to finances, human resources and communications. Marilyn has worked for over 20 years in health care administration and served for three years as the regional director of the Ignatian Volunteer Corps in Baltimore, M.D. She recently completed the Fairfield University/Jesuit Collaborative certificate program for directing the Spiritual Exercises.
